These Terms of Use apply to the Monday Knights Hockey public website and related organizer services. By using these services, you agree to use them responsibly and for their intended recreational hockey purposes.

About the service

Monday Knights Hockey is a recreational hockey group. This website provides general information, contact details, and our privacy and use policies. Organizer systems support membership, scheduling, rosters, Sub Lists, communications, attendance, RSVPs, and hockey payment records.

Participation and information

Contacting the organizer or using this website does not guarantee membership, a roster place, ice time, or acceptance of an RSVP. The organizer communicates participation arrangements separately. Please provide accurate information and tell the organizer when relevant details change.

Responsible use

Do not misuse the website or organizer services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, or use them for unlawful, abusive, or harassing activity. Respect other players’ privacy and use any information shared with you only for its intended hockey purpose.

Privacy and connected services

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and Google data. Connected services such as Google are also subject to their own applicable terms. This public website does not require Google account authorization.

Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but errors, interruptions, and changes can occur. Confirm important participation, scheduling, or payment details directly with the organizer. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every item of information will always be current.

Hockey arrangements

Any participation rules, fees, cancellation arrangements, rink requirements, and waivers are communicated separately where applicable. These website terms do not replace those arrangements or constitute a waiver of rights relating to hockey participation.

Updates and contact

We may update these terms as the website and organizer services develop. The updated version will be posted here with its effective date. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
